SERFF License Agreements
Insurance Companies must "click" to accept the terms of the Electronic SERFF License Agreement. Contact the SERFF Sales & Marketing Team to initiate the license process and gain access to the Electronic SERFF License Agreement. The agreement wording can be reviewed and printed for your records (see link below).
Third-Party Filers, Rating Organizations and Managing General Agents must complete the TPF License Agreement in order to license to use SERFF. Customers who've contracted with SPI/Tracker to use the Tracker software must complete a separate agreement. Please contact the SERFF Sales & Marketing Team to gain access to the appropiate license agreement.
