SERFF Tutorials

Each month the SERFF Marketing Team will present "Getting Started with SERFF," a tutorial designed to educate new SERFF users on the fundamentals of SERFF.

This tutorial is not a substitute for training. SERFF strongly encourages all users to attend training. To find out more about training opportunities, please go to: http://www.serff.com/training.htm.

Getting Started with SERFF tutorials are not intended to demonstrate the new Health Insurance Exchange Plan Management (HIX) functionality being released in SERFF. To learn more about SERFF's role in Plan Management and the upcoming training events related to the upcoming release go to: http://www.serff.com/hix.htm
